Relationship of Benefits to System Size for Irrigation Projects.

摘要

This study presents a methodology for measuring the changes in benefits that would occur at the farm level if irrigation facilities were purposely designed with a capacity less than required to deliver a full water supply. The tools presented can be used in further investigations to decide on the appropriate policy changes.
