The two primary objectives of this report are to gather information and provide a reference list on crop water production functions and assess the accuracy and geographic transferability of these crop water production functions. An additional objective is to provide a general evaluation of these CWPFs for the purpose of developing procedures to measure changes in economic benefits as a result of deliberately undersizing U.S. Bureau of Reclamation water delivery facilities.
