Job Placement Systems for Older Workers. Volume 2. A Planning Framework Placement Tools and Techniques

The study samples publicly funded job placement systems for older workers nationwide, with particular attention to systems funded by the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) 3% set aside for seniors. The report is divided into two volumes. Volume I reports the basic findings of the study and Volume II interprets the 'best practices' aspects of the study findings to provide a guide for new systems and for managers of existing systems who may wish to improve their operations.
