NEN 6096, de Norm Voor Kleine Horizontale as Windturbines (NEN 6096, Design Regulation for Small Windturbines with Horizontal Axis)

In 1985 a draft regulations for safety for wind turbines(NEN 6096) was published. Special attention was paid to the structural safety. In 1988 the final version of these regulations will be published. In the final version the results of the project 'Design criteria for small wind turbines' were incorporated. Moreover the methodology and terminology of the draft design standards for buildings (NEN 6700 series) were adapted.
