Evidence on potential carcinogenicity from animal studies is 'Sufficient,' and the evidence from human studies is 'No Data.' The potency factor (F) for acetamide, N-fluoren-2-yl is estimated to be 148/(mg/kg/day), placing it in potency group 1 according to the CAG's methodology for evaluating potential carcinogens.
