The report contains the notes of the first meeting of EPA Privatization Steering Committee and Task Force. The purpose was to outline progress to date and expected future events for private/public partnership. The topics of funding for drinking water, wastewater treatment, and solid waste disposal addressed. The agenda for a one-day symposium is included.
