Phase II Job Analysis of the Scientific Aid/Technician Occupations.

摘要

Research was conducted to identify the job-related abilities that are required to learn and to perform successfully in the scientific aid/technician occupations. Two ability factors, Verbal Comprehension and Number, were the only two measurable factors among 24 that were rated high enough by a panel of industrial/organizational psychologists to be important for the successful performance in the scientific aid/technician occupations. Recommendations are set forth for modifying the current aid/technician test battery and for possible follow up criterion-related validation research.
