Quality Controls of Traded Commodities and Services in Developing Countries

The purpose of the research described in the report was to examine efforts by developing countries to enforce standards of product and service quality for commodities trade domestically and internationally, to describe those regulations and explain how they were enforced, and to assess the economic effects of the regulations.
