Section 1 presents waste-specific information such as the waste-generating processes and waste characterization. Section 2 describes the industries that will be affected by the land disposal restrictions for the specific characteristic waste; Section 3 discusses the applicable technologies that can be used to treat the waste; and Section 4 identifies the BDAT.
