Right of Way Procedure Methods Improvements: State of the Art.

摘要

The object of the study is to find a way and procedure to increase productivity of right of way and related activities in an environment where work load is increasing and staff manpower is decreasing. This includes studying existing acquisition procedures in Arizona, then examine the relevant procedures of other state, federal and local officials in maximizing productivity and avoid unnecessary actions wasting productive person hours. The Department desires a knowledgeable, independent review of its rules, regulations and legislation related to right of way to see how these can be revised to improve efficient land acquisition for highways.
