Trace Metals Analysis of Body Fluids Using Electrochemical Techniques

摘要

Trace metal analysis of body fluids have been made by Linear Scan Anodic Stripping Voltammetry and the results obtained are compared with that of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopic techniques. Copper, lead and zinc have been successfully determined down to the level of 10-60 ppb concentrations in human blood and urine. A totally new method of 'sample addition' has been used in trace metal analysis by Anodic Stripping Voltammetry. The advantages of the new technique have been described.
