摘要

In the age of information explosion, seminars and symposia have an importance of their own, particularly in countries which are scientifically developing but are geographically remote from the active centers of learning. The work done in electronics in different R and D establishments of the country require coordination and a forum has to be created for mutual discussions. In the Conference 24 papers were presented on various sub-disciplines of electronics.
