The Phase II implementation/monitoring program final report presents an evaluation of restorative techniques implemented at Kezar Lake, North Sutton, New Hampshire. The ultimate objective of evaluating the two restorative techniques used at Kezar Lake, sediment phosphorus inactivation and wetlands management, have been successfully accomplished. A Phase III monitoring program is warranted to monitor the lake treatment effectiveness over the long term.
