The Facilities Engineering Job Estimating (FEJE) Module is an automated method of applying Engineered Performance Standards (EPS) which are designed to allow planners and estimators to prepare estimates faster and more consistently. The FEJE Module contains three submodules: Scoping Estimates (UPS), Detailed Estimates (EPS), and Preventive Maintenance and Inspection (PMI). The Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Submodule Users Manual describes the special operating constraints and capabilities. Rules for the use of the Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Submodule are explained from the operator's viewpoint. The documentation outlines operating behavior, data entry, processing logic, and the reports which can be extracted for use by all levels of management for the PMI submodule of the FEJE Module.
