The Facilities Engineering Job Estimating (FEJE) Module Users Manual describes the special operating constraints and capabilities of the FEJE module. Rules for using the FEJE Module are explained from the operator's viewpoint. The documentation outlines operating behavior, data entry, processing logic, and the reports which can be extracted for use by all levels of management for the Engineered Performance Standards Submodule of the FEJE Module. The FEJE is an automated method of applying Engineered Performance Standards (EPS) to detailed job estimates. The EPS submodule is designed to enhance a planner and estimator's capability to provide consistent and accurate labor estimates for maintenance work.
