The Collection Management Plan for the Cape Hatteras Group (CHG), including Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site, and Wright Brothers National Memorial, has been prepared at the request of the National Park Service. The observations and recommendations included in this document are based in large measure upon an on-site examination of museum collections stored and exhibited in CHG facilities. Topics include: Collection statement, museum records, storage, exhibits, security, planning, funding sources, and conclusions and recommendations.
