MOD5, Interactive Input Modification Program for HEC-5. User's Manual

MOD5 is one of several support programs for computer program HEC-5, Simulation of Flood Control and Conservation Systems. It provides an interactive menu based on capability for the modification of HEC-5 data sets by program users who are unfamiliar with the details of the HEC-5 input structure. HEC-5 reservoir operational criteria, physical data and time series data such as reservoir releases may be easily modified by MOD5. The program may be executed from the HEC-5 PC based shell program, MENU5 or from the HEC water control software system model control program MODCON.
