The paper reviews past and present water quality conditions in Saginaw Bay, MI.Data and ideas in published and unpublished reports from 1937 to the present are summarized from old reports written years ago by the U.S. Public Health Service, Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, Federal Water Quality Agency, the Environmental Protection Agency, and others.
