Automated Recruiting Information System. User's Guide

The Automated Recruiting Information System (ARIS) can be used to access and manipulate information pertaining to educational institutions, media sources and organizations. ARIS will allow agency recruiters to focus their recruiting efforts to optimize results. The educational institution portion of ARIS contains enrollment data and mailing addresses by RSNO's (race, sex, national origin), academic discipline areas and campuses. The media and organization source segment can be used to store and selectively retrieve mailing addresses and information concerning newspapers, magazines, news letters, organizations, etc. that focus on target groups and/or shortage occupations. The system consists of two high density diskettes containing a run-time module, data files, support files, and a User's Guide. ARIS is a menu driven system that was designed in FoxPro. ARIS can be run on any IBM PC or compatible PC with at least 640K installed RAM, DOS release 2.0 or greater, and 2M available hard drive.
