New Mexico Forest/Woodlands 2000: A Management Strategy

The Forest/Woodlands 2000 document identifies and consolidates planning directionrelated to forest/woodland management, and is intended to be used as an aid in determining the needs for future planning development addressing the management of New Mexico's forest and woodland resources. The document is devised as a bridge between the land use plan and the activity plan. In order to accomplish this, the document pulls together all relevant Resource Management Plan (RMP) decisions to identify coordination opportunities for activity planning. Specialists developing program-specific activity plans need to be cognizant of
