The study includes a hard copy of slides presented at the Third Annual Conferenceon Federal Quality and Productivity Improvements in May, 1990. The subject of the presentation was the NASA Johnson Space Center and its approach to quality improvement. As a result of its effort, the Center received an Executive Office of the President Quality Improvement Prototype Award for 1990. Topics covered by the slides include key success factors, an organizational overview, quality initiatives, performance improvement areas, a culture survey process, and a strategic planning process.
