The document was developed for the instructors of the FLEXIPLACE training course. It contains all the information the instructor needs to conduct the class such as, course agenda, course materials, seven lessons on FLEXIPLACE and two appendices (A sample letter to participants and Pre-Class Exercise). The learning objectives of the course include the ability to reference the President's Council on Management Improvement's (PCMI) Guidelines for FLEXIPLACE, identifying and applying the 'Key Issues' to the participants FLEXIPLACE situation and developing an 'Action Plan'.
