The Conference was sponsored by NAPAP to provide a forum for the presentation and critical review of the public review drafts of the SOS/T Reports. The report summarizes major critiques presented during the Conference and provides NAPAP's proposed resolution. Those who commented on the SOS/T Reports are acknowledged in the document in a section entitled 'List of Commentors'.
