Kenya Ministry of Health Preventive and Primary Health Care Resource Gap Study. HFS Technical Report No. 1

This study examines the gap in resources used to provide preventative and primary health care (P/PHC) at the Ministry of Health (MOH) facilities in Kenya. The study, performed in collaboration with other donor organizations, determines the current expenditures for P/PHC services, estimates the costs of offering P/PHC services at facilities operating at full capacity, and calculates the resource gap.
