This report focuses on the job information seekers or 'clients' of the Federal Job Information Centers (FJICs) and has three major purposes: (1) to summarize the background characteristics of FJIC clients, (2) to determine the expectations of the clients who visit FJICs, and (3) to assess the effectiveness of the FJICs in meeting client needs on their expectations.
