Endangered Species Protection Program as It Relates to Pesticide Regulatory Activities. Report to Congress

The document addresses the amendments to the Endangered Species Act (ESA) of 1973 (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.). Section 1010(C) of the amended act directs the Administrator of the US, EPA to submit a report to Congress on the results of joint efforts undertaken by EPA, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the United States Department of the Interior (DOI). As described in Section 1010(b), the efforts are to identify reasonable and prudent means to implement an endangered species protection program as it relates to pesticide regulatory activities.
