摘要

The remedial action described in this document represents the final remedy for the South Jersey Clothing Co. site and nearby Garden State Cleaners site. It includes the removal of volatile organics from soils at the sites. It also provides for the remediation of contaminated groundwater,thereby addressing the current and future threats posed by the sites.
