The report presents lithological description of area in the vicinity of twodomestic waste deposits in village, Dhok Chapran on Lehtrar road, Islamabad. Vertical electrical soundings along six resistivity profiles indicate varied lithology which ranges from permeable deposits such as gravel/boulder and sandstone to relatively less permeable/non-permeable deposits such as clay and/or shale.
