摘要

The document reports the results of feasibility studies supporting thedevelopment and construction of the new 215 MW nominal power plant to be constructed in Cankiri-Orta. Cankiri-Orta will bring many positive benefits to the people of Turkey. Its development will add additional electric generation capacity to the nation's resources through the use of native lignite resources in an environmentally acceptable manner. The project has the additional advantage of bringing foreign capital for investment in Turkey.
