摘要

The activity in the Laboratory of Industrial Psychology is concentrated oncombining man's mental performance capacity and work and working environment in the optimal way. The main areas are: work analysis, development and training; mental workload; leadership and organization development; and traffic psychology. The aim of the activities at the Laboratory of Industrial Psychology is to create on the basis of research results means needed by engineers to develop and improve work and working life.
