Paint Flaking on Railway Carriages

摘要

This paper does not intend to deal with Paint technology as applied to Railway Coaches, or to describe the present practice, in vogue, of painting coaches on Indian or Foreign Railways. In contributing this paper, the writers were actuated by a desire to publish, for the benefit of those connected with the painting and maintenance of Railway Coaches, a brief description of difficulties recently experienced on the North Western Railway and measures adopted to cope with them.
