Triangle-Based C exp 1 Interpolation Method

This report discusses methods and software for C exp 1 interpolation of arbitrarily distributed data points in the plane. The primary result presented here is a derivative-estimation procedure which leads to interpolatory surfaces constituting very accurate approximations for a variety of test functions.
