Sandia Hierarchical Executive (S.H.E.)

SHE is a program and associated data base which integrates the diverse computer-aided design tools used by the large-scale integrated circuit designer into a coherent whole. The program is a recursive Pascal system using a SADIST file structure. SHE interacts directly with the designer and functions as an IC design monitor program, beginning execution of appropriate programs and conditioning the user's path through the design process.
