摘要

The objective of this report is to disseminate experimental data of matrix-dominated time-dependent deformation and time-dependent damage in graphite-epoxy composite. The composite specimens were + or - 45 degrees T300/5208 laminates tested in extension with complete instrumentation for stress, strain, and time recordings. Experimental data was recorded and archived in digital form. Noises in the data were minimized by digital elimination of the wild points in the excitation voltage and by a digital valuable low pass frequency filter with the cut-off frequency matched to the expected materials response. The data were presented both graphically and numerically. Data presented herein is accessible to the technical community at large for correlation and the formulation of theory from diverse perspectives, and to meet different goals in fundamental research and engineering applications.
