The materials assembled in this report represent work conducted with AFOSR support at the Cognitive Psychophysiology Laboratory during the reporting period. Appendix A of the report contains abstracts and papers that have been presented at various scientific meetings. In the text we present a brief review of these studies. For studies not included in Appendix A, a longer review is given. Appendix B gives a list of items that are either final versions of materials that were presented in previous progress reports or review chapters.
