摘要

Electrochemical and tracer studies on nickel dissolution and neutralization processes in sulfuric acid solutions are reported. It is shown that current density curves in active anodic metal dissolution and adsorption concentration of sulfur ions on nickel surface are functions of the following parameters: pre-treatment of nickel sample, stirring of electrolyte, quality of nickel, velocity of potential change, polarization direction, sulfate ion concentration in electrolyte, and concurring adsorption of impurity anions.
