Transmission of Discrete Reports on Channels with Grouped Errors

The accuracy of information transmission on channels with grouping errors is considered. Various methods of mathematically determining the source of error are discussed. The possibility of using codes to correct errors is evaluated and decoding difficulties are analyzed. The limiting potential of communications systems and their operating algorithms are investigated.
