DECIPHERING OF GROUNDWATER FROM AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS

摘要

Aerial photography is a section of aerial methods involving the process of obtaining a photographic image of the earth's surface using air photo cameras mounted in various types of flying devices. In addition to presenting the surface of the locality in great detail, aerial photographs give an objective picture of the natural surroundings, allowing the coverage of large areas and comprehensive spatial comparison. On this basis, it is possible to show the patterns of relief of natural objects that are not covered in field work done from the ground. A comparison of stereoscopic aerial photographs enables us to estimate the dynamics of natural phenomena. Aerial photography permits studies in barely accessible areas untouched because of highly dissected relief, flooding and aridity.
