摘要

Toots on samples anodized in a tartrate solution indicated that porefree thin oxide films prevent almost all light stimulated electron emission. Probably "pores" are requisite for emission. The c.p, end emission as function of the pickling time in chromic-sulfuric acid solution could be explained qualitatively. The micro etch pit structure with excellent bonding to adhesives was not a dominant factor with respect to the emission of the sample. The poet-treatment, rinsing and drying, had a significant effect on the photo-emission of the surface.
