The objectives and requirements of this third phase, which were all successfully accomplished, are identified as follows:n1) Design and fabricate a pair of SSEF's in a binocular holder for evaluation of field sequential stereo TV applications.n2) Design and fabricate the electronic circuitry for use with the stereo goggles. Self-contained circuitry (power supply, switching, and timing) is included, requiring only an external video input.
