This report formally documents the efforts performed by M&S Computing, Inc., under Contract No. NAS8-25621, Banning Design Soft ware, Implementation for the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. The work was administered under the technical direction of the Astrionics Laboratory of the George C. S Marshall Space Flight Center with Mr. John Gould acting as project engineer.
