THE BOEING PLASTIC ANALYSIS CAPABILITY FOR 3-DIMENSIONAL SOLIDS USING ISOPARAMETRIC FINITE ELEMENTS

BOPACE 3-D is the acronym for the Boeing Plastic Analysis Capability for 3-dimensional solids. It is an extension of the original BOPACE 2-D version [1]. BOPACE 3-D is a finite element computer program, which provides a very general family of 3-dimensional isoperimetric solid elements, and includes a new algorithm for improving the efficiency of the elastic-plastic-creep solution procedure. This document describes the BOPACE 3-D program, and includes theoretical, user and programmer oriented sections.
