The contract comprises the design of a bioscience facility with four incubators and holding units for:n- Low vertebrates of the fish class and then- Amphibian classn- Cells and tissues andn- Plants.nIn the first phase, the design phase, the contractors set up a design concept comprising the system configuration, subsystems and complementary devices as well as the experiment analysis, i.e. what the users can do with this incubator facility according to their scientific programme.nIn the second phase of the study the contractors set up a model philosophy, construction-, test-, and quality assurance plans, parts and materials lists, operation procedures and provided a full costing of the building phase.
