This document stipulates the project control requirements and procedures for major procurement actions relating to Phase C/D. It is based on discussions and agreements reached during a series of Working Group meetings Between ESA and EURO SPACE on project control, held during 1975 and 1976. These requirements take account of the experience gained with the project control methods applied to satellite procurement actions during recent years.nThis document is complementary to ESA PSS-32, which covers the respective requirements and procedures for Phase B. Both documents are under the responsibility of the Project Control Division, ESA Head Office.
