Lmp, a Horizontal Microprogramming Language as a Cad Tool

摘要

A microprogramming language denominated LMP is presented. It is a computer-aided design tool tailored for use in the development of microprogrammed systems. The prime design goal of this language is to provide a tool to produce efficient microcode in the case of horizontal microprogramming. Another objective is to offer support with a standard form for microprogram documentation.
