摘要

As is generally known, the melting temperature of the crystallized polymer phase is determined by the regularity and content of macromolecules, gel content nd function and molecular weight parameters, and the presence or absence of various admixtures. The simplest and most convenient method of studying the crystallization and melting of polymers is the mechanical and, particularly, the tension set method. This method was originally developed for investigating crystallized vulcanizates and was subsequently used for determining the crystallized rubber, i.e. under conditions exclusing plastic deformation.
