Poly (ADP-Ribose) in Nucleoids

摘要

In nucleoids, prepared from CHO cells, synthesized poly (ADP-ribose) (PAR) were determined. The acceptor protein was detected by a electrophoretic method, as a single protein band with a molecular weight of 10,000 Dalton. The radioactivity from NAD+ bound to this protein is 15% of the whole PAR synthesized in the cells.
