摘要

The possibilities to improve the Decision Support System (DSS) program VLUCHT using Expert System (ES) techniques were investigated. It is explained how a DSS and an ES function. The program was modified for use on a VAX computer. The effects of the use of ES techniques on the existing DSS program system are presented. The behavior of an experienced user with respect to the program was formalized, and the resulting rules were implemented in the program. It is concluded that ES techniques can be a meaningful supplement for existing DSS program systems.
