Microcomputer Program for Analyzing Multitrait-Multimethod Matrices

A Fortran program for IBM and IBM-compatible microcomputers is described that analyzes multitrait-multimethod (MTMM) matrices. The program minimizes the difficulty in practical applications of the MTMM technique, providing the statistical information necessary for evaluating the convergent and discriminant validity of two or more traits measured by two or more methods.
