摘要

Membrane formation by immersion precipitation is studied. Demixing and gelation behavior of ternary cellulose acetate solutions is described. A model to describe the mass transfer during immersion precipitation is presented. The mechanism of formation of membranes prepared from the system cellulose acetate/acetone/water is outlined. Liquid-liquid demixing of cellulose acetate/water/solvent systems experimental results are compared with calculations. The connection between nonideality parameters of ternary systems and the mechanism of membrane formation by means of immersion precipitation is shown.
